For instance, if you have a wedding coming up for around 100 guests that you want to have outside, you’d be able to use the NRG Solar Terrace. Conversely, if you have a corporate fundraiser coming up that you need to find a venue that can handle up to 1,000 guests inside, you would have the ability to choose from the Dining Room, Levi’s 501 Club, the Suite Tower Atrium, BNY Mellon Club East, or the Brocade Club.
Special Events Team
If you’re not exactly sure just how you to pull off a successful event, you don’t have to worry. You’ll have a dedicated special events team at your disposal. They’ll be more than happy to walk you through creating the perfect wedding of your dreams or a successful corporate event. Transportation
Since the dedicated staff at Levi’s Stadium will be able to cover the largest part of planning your event, the only thing you really need to concern yourself with is providing transportation. Again, it all comes down to the size of your event when choosing the proper transportation to and from the event. If you’re planning a large event with hundreds of guests, you’ll want to consider utilizing several party buses to bring everyone to the venue. However, if it’s a wedding you’re planning with a much smaller guest list, a car service that offers stretch limousines or luxury SUVs would suffice.
